Where do I find payment details?

All payment details are on our Linktree. Pay there, then upload your proof on the checkout form.

How much is shipping?

A flat $12.00 per order, shipped USPS Ground. Orders of $150 and above ship free.

Which payment methods do you take?

Bitcoin and Ethereum. We do not accept cards, PayPal or cash.

Why do I need to send proof?

Proof lets us match your payment to your order quickly and keeps both sides protected. Crypto orders need a screenshot and the transaction hash. Zelle orders need a screenshot of the confirmation.

Do I need an account or password?

No. Add vials to your cart, pay from your own bank app or wallet, and submit your proof on the checkout form.

How do I check on my order?

Message us in Discord with your order ID. We confirm payment, shipping and tracking there.

Can I get a certificate of analysis?

Yes. COAs and batch testing are posted in our Discord. Join the Discord.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. All sales are final, with no refunds or returns. Please check your order carefully before you pay.

Are these products for human use?

No. Every product is sold for in vitro laboratory research only. We do not provide dosing, usage or medical guidance.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for legitimate in vitro laboratory, scientific, and educational research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, injection into humans or animals, food use, or any therapeutic application.

2. Who may order

You confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or are acting under the supervision of one, and that you understand the materials you are buying.

3. Your responsibility

You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of these materials. Misuse is prohibited. You agree to follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including any that apply to buying, possessing, or using these materials.

4. No claims or advice

Joe Labs makes no claims about the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition. Nothing on this website, in our Discord, or in any test report is medical advice, and we do not give dosing, usage, or medical guidance.

5. Payment

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Zelle only. Payment details are on our Linktree. An order is not confirmed until we verify your payment, and you must submit a payment screenshot, plus the transaction hash for crypto payments, with your order. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address or account, including network fees for crypto. Payments sent to the wrong place or on the wrong network may be unrecoverable. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders with incomplete or mismatched proof of payment.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, by USPS Ground. Shipping is $12 per order, and free for orders of $150 and above. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate address. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control.

7. All sales are final

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before you pay.

8. Pricing and availability

Prices and stock can change without notice. Product information is provided for reference only.

9. Limitation of liability and release

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Joe Labs from all liability arising from improper use or misuse of any product, and Joe Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to defend and hold Joe Labs harmless from claims arising from your use or misuse of the products or your breach of these terms.
